“I want to tell you everything, without leaving out a single detail. But where is the beginning? And what is everything?”
-Jonathan Safran Foer
I’m a trauma psychotherapist and relationship/life transitions coach specializing in individual treatment and coaching with adults and older adults.
Whether you're seeking relief from personal pain, collective suffering and institutional oppression, rediscovering inner strengths, or finding a deeper connection to yourself and others, I am here to provide a space for exploration of your individual subjective experience. I welcome anyone who is interested in working with me.
I practice from an anti-racist, intersectional, and social justice lens and approach. I have extensive experience working with people of different racial, cultural, and ethnic identities; immigrant and expat experiences; sexuality and gender expressions and identities; physical and intellectual abilities; and class backgrounds.
In addition to my clinical work, I offer clinical supervision to licensed psychotherapists and manage a community resource guide listing groups and other mental health resources in the NYC area. Reach out if you want access to the resource guide.
