Psychotherapy Practice

I have an eclectic and integrative approach that is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. Theoretically, I work from a relational and interpersonal, humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and somatic lens. I view intergenerational experiences as valuable information to understanding aspects of you and will invite you to share family histories of struggle and resiliency in our work together.

I am also able to offer EMDR, which is one of the top internationally-recognized therapy modalities for PTSD and recovery from distressing life events.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. To learn more about it, you can read about it here.

Coaching Practice

Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or other mental health treatment. It can be a complementary service or stand-alone service. Both coaching and psychotherapy utilize knowledge of human behavior, motivation and behavioral change, and interactive counseling techniques; however, coaching cannot be reimbursed by health insurance.

Coaching is not state regulated and I am able to work with you regardless of where you live.

Clinical Supervision

I have several years of experience supervising and mentoring licensed mental health providers, clinical interns, and volunteers in the field of social work.

I offer supervision for fully licensed clinicians seeking further guidance and learning.
